Monday was the first day of school for Paige and Hannah. It is so hard to believe that Summer is over! Paige started 5th grade and has a brand new teacher to West Hills this year, Miss Cogley. There are seven 5th grade classes this year, so Paige has class with a lot of new friends. She still gets to see her old friends at lunch and recess. Hannah is in second grade and her teacher is Mrs. Coven. I have already received my first call from the school nurse today about Hannah. Of course all was fine - just a minor earache. (I do believe that Hannah missed her routine visits to the nurse over the summer and couldn't wait any longer to get that first trip under her belt :) At least she made it to day TWO! I am pretty sure that she has already been provided with a frequent flyer pass! We shall see how the rest of the week goes. . . . . .
